Play + Education
Who are we?

Sportaco is a recognised youth organisation that has been organising youth camps for more than 30 years. A select team of masters and bachelors in PE, primary school teachers, nursery teachers and students provides professional supervision. They have a heart for your children and their enthusiasm makes every camp a success!

What do we do?
We offer a whole range of quality activities. That way every child can discover and develop their own interests and talents. The sporty side makes for a healthy sense of the body, but the educational side matters to us too. All-round sport, LEGO, dance, cooking, … but also science, drone flying, fashion, DJing, … are part of what we offer.
How do we do it?
We put the child at the centre of everything we do. Every child can experience camp at their own pace and in their own way. Everyone is welcome, whatever their background or abilities. Together with the others they grow further.
Our camp leaders with pedagogical training guide them through this. They are always ready with a smile and a helping hand.
And above all it stays a holiday, and the FUN factor runs like a thread through our camps.
Why Sportaco?
We hold quality in high regard, which is why we have:
- superbly trained and enthusiastic CAMP LEADERS
- safe and child-friendly LOCATIONS
- an educational and really fun PROGRAMME
- free CARE from 07.45 and until 17.30
Our camps
Sportaco vzw is an independent organisation whose aim is to promote sport in general and to organise sports camps. We are active in Brugge, Eernegem, Gistel and Oostende.
The emphasis is on a quality range of different activities, supervised by camp leaders with pedagogical training. Besides a pleasant holiday, our aim is also a rich learning experience. All of this in a relaxed atmosphere, but still with the didactic support of our motivated instructors.
Integrity statement
At Sportaco vzw we apply the following principles:
- Respect: every child is treated as an equal and with respect.
- Safety: both physical and emotional well-being come first.
- Duty of care: supervisors always act in the interest of the child.
- Inclusion: everyone is welcome, whatever their background or abilities.
